How do I book a tour?
Please contact us so we can get an idea of what you are looking for. After an initial conversation, we will send you a proposal and agree on a price for the tour. Once we have deposit, we will begin the process of planning your perfect getaway.

How much does it cost?
Our tour prices vary in price depending on the customer’s specific needs. We are experienced in planning to each client’s specifications. Some clients require concierge-level service from the moment they land until their departure, others might simply require excursion booking throughout their tour. We cater to all price points and itineraries. the specifics of which are outlined in our proposal.

Do you book flights?
We focus on the ‘on the ground’ portion of the tour but can certainly recommend best routes and schedules. Contact us to receive a proposal.

What kind of accomodation can we expect?
The Irish are famous for their hospitality and offer some of the most comfortable accommodations in the world. We have strong ties to luxury hotels, B&B owners, family-friendly hotels and large country homes perfectly suited for large-scale reunions. We do it all and are looking forward to hearing exactly what would suit your group.

How far in advance do we need to pay?
We require full payment 60 days ahead of departure in most cases. If a tour is booked within that time frame we can provide a mutually agreed upon payment schedule.

What if we need to cancel, do we get our money back?
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of even the most well-thought-out plans. Please see our terms & conditions which are always included with our initial proposals.
