Terms and Conditions

To initiate an agreement with Ireland Awaits, you must submit a booking form and pay the quoted service fee. Upon an agreed upon itinerary and receipt of the initial payment, you will receive an invoice for the balance of the itinerary, which should be paid within one week of receiving the invoice.

Passport is required by all U.S. citizens for travel to Europe. The expiration date on the passport should not be earlier than six months before the date of re-entry to the U.S.  Again, we highly recommend travel insurance.

Smoking Policy

We ask that there be no smoking in the vans.

Itinerary

We will make every effort to conduct the itinerary exactly as it is presented in the tour proposal. If for any reason we are required to make an alteration, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

If Ireland Awaits must cancel services for any reason, including closure of international borders, you will be refunded in full. If you must cancel your tour for any reason, you default reimbursement on services that are not refundable.  Ireland Awaits fees will be defaulted after an agreed upon itinerary is established.  

We reserve the right to terminate services to any person who is abusive of others or who exhibits disruptive behavior.

Traveler Health

Travelers must be in reasonably good health to participate and should make Ireland Awaits aware of any relevant health issues or accommodation requirements prior to the tour. Travelers should be able to climb in and out of a minivan; should be able to participate in a walking tour; and should be able to climb one flight of stairs.
